Puakea High Aspect Rudder

The new High Aspect rudder is 11.25″ in length. The added length gives the canoe more control in the surf, as less angle is needed to make a steering adjustment, which also reduces drag when steering. The High Aspect rudder will get you more maneuverability and reduce the stall effect (read more about rudder theory below) . With less rudder movement, you will have less stalling and more control with better speeds.
